Post subject: The Elf Banner/Avatar Contest-Congrats to Haldir our winner!  Posted: May 6th, 2006, 10:55 pm |

Hey! The rules are short and sweet and there aren't a lot of them:
1. A maximum of two entries per person (could be two posters, two avatars or one of each)
2. No making fun of elves on these banners/avatars
3. DON'T swear or write something you wouldn't want a child to see.
4. ONLY ELVES ON THE POSTERS
5. Spots are limited to twenty.
6. New rule has been added: You may vote for yourself.
