(Any alien you want, I ain't that picky I'd also like to comment that it won't be 'home' for Rose because this is set in Cardiff & Rose lives in London... which councidently is identical to Cardiff in the TV series )

Then suddenly looking up he said "Now!"
The grin re-appearing on his face he continued.

Lowri heared a deafening noise, like a shrieking siren, from near by. She turned a corner swiftly and froze when she saw a Police Box slowly appearing in the darkened alleyway.

"Yep!" she said, and stepped out from the police box as it matrialized. They'd arrived in one of the back streets of Cardiff, next to some litter bins. She looked around dissapointedly. "Remind me why were here agin?"

The Doctor looked down at Rose and noticed the bewildered expression.
"Aw don't be like that." he said taking in a deep inhale of breath
"We're here on a very important mission. An invasion is in the process of being organised. Why Cardiff, I'll never know."

He turned on the heels of his white running shoes and headed off up the alleyway, his hands in his pockets and whistling an odd tune.

Lowri's eyes enlarged in amazement, she reconized the blonde girl - Rose.
She emerged from the litter-ridden area and muttered to the strange man, "Are you the creature who bears two hearts?".

The Dr heard a low voice and felt a familiar presence.
"Do I know you?" he said stopping to turn towards the voice.

Lowri cocked her head to one side inquistivly, "Are you the one who is the cause of the perishing of my kind?". She moved forward to the man and hissed, "Are you the Doctor?".

Lowri glared at Rose and snapped, "I believe he doesn't. I suppose I was just a mere alien to him, I remember you as well. You seemed new to whatever the Doctor and you do.".
Lowri's eyes started to inflame in a gaseous mist and it seeped out of the humanoid body, Lowri collpasing to the ground.
"You, Doctor, destroyed a large sum of the Gelth! I am the only one left according to my bitter lonliness.... And for that...", the Gelth hesitated and sunk back into Lowri.
She struggled to get back up and whispered, "You shall pay. I tried to be part of the humans, put they are feeble & pathetic. I've made my decision - Earth must take a new course, a new race...".

A grim realisation swept over the Doctor.
"Oh..is that so? Well, you see. I can't let you do that. I like this place. Nice, cosy, comfy. Kinda like an old pair of shoes. A nice pair mind you, not some old pair with holes in them." The Doctor rambled on pausing for an intake of breath and continued.
"Now where was I?" he asked rhetorically "Oh yeah, invasion, earth. Not going to happen."

"I'll second that. Thers no way you Gelthy people are taking over my planet!" she said, standing close to the Doctor, incase the ghost girl decided to attack.
