Jack grabbed the bottle filled up to the top with new rum. He turned around and swigged, as he was swigging he noticed the young woman walking his way, and uh, singing to him. Jack creased his eyebrows and glanced side to side just in case she was headed towards some other man, but no, this little angel was headed his way. He lowered the bottle and wiped his mouth. A grin slowly crept over his face as she came nearer.
As the moment increased, it suddenly stopped. The bartender once again placed a hard fat hand on Jack's shoulder, "'Ey bub...ye blasted drunkerd...ye pay for that!" His sweaty plump face growled at Jack.
Jack twirled on his heel and poked the man back with his finger, "Shutup ye bloody-"
BOOM! The bartender punched Jack dead in the face and sent Jack's limp drunk body far away from the counter.

Destiny gasped, as Jack got punched in the face. She glared to the bartender. "Don't worry about it! I'll pay for him." She then quickly ran by Jack's side and helped him up, slowly. "Are you okay, love?" She asked him, with a smile on her face. She looked into his eyes and dusted off his clothes, trying to be of some help. All of the men that were listening, just forgot about her and went back to their business.

Jack stumbled backwards, trying desperatly to regain his balance.
The heavy-set bartender leant into the counter which crushed his stomach. He pointed a fat, dirty finger at the girl and Jack then gave a snarl, "You better pay somethin' to save that bub..."
Jack stumbled around to glare a hateful glance at the man, "I'm no bub!" He slurred out, "It'd be Jack Sparrow..Captain Jack Sparrow to ye!"

"I will..." She groaned to the bartender and then looked back to Jack. "Captain Jack Sparrow, eh? I thought that you looked familiar." She smiled a bit and looked into his eyes. "Are you feeling okay?" She held onto his arm, carefully.

The bartender coughed up some sort of spit glob, then looked at the girl, "Now...pay it...." He held out his hand gesturing for it to place the coins in his hand. "Unless,..ye both want to be kicked outside?" He lifted his chunky cheekbones into a smile revealing a toothless grin.
Jack tripped over his own two feet and leaned this way and that. He was anything but sober at the moment, "Ye pay missy? No no no no no...." He mumbled to himself for a moment or two as he reached into the back pocket of his sack coat. "I 'ave the pay right 'ere..." He pulled out eight shillings then tossed them at the man's face...according to Jack.
It was more of a stagger and throw which the coins smacked dead into the center of the bartenders face.
Jack grimaced, "Oops...."

Destiny made a horrified face, when it hit the bartender's face. She bit her lip. "He didn't mean it... he's drunk." She wrapped Jack's arm around her shoulder and just took him away from the bartender, to be on the safe side. She sighed and sat him at a table.

Right as the Bartender was about to make a dramatic move, he had another customer to serve. He looked at the other pirate infront of him and started talking about his life and his troubles of the world, soon he'd forgotten about Jack..thankfully.
Jack sighed deeply and flopped into the chair, nearly making it topple over. "I'm not drunk...love." He placed his bottle of rum on the table and spun if around aimlessly. He smirked at her face which was blurred at the moment due to his vision.

After the danger had cleared Elizabeth walked in followed by Will. She sensed danger from the young bar-worker so she grabbed Wills hand. "Jack." she called softly...

Destiny folded her arms and looked down to him. "Whatever you say, Captain Jack Sparrow." She looked around and then sighed. "Well, I'll leave you and your rum alone." She nodded and started walking away, slowly.

Suddenly, Jack lunged at out of his chair, nearly tipping it over on it's side. He stantched her hand, stopping her from walking anymore.
He licked his rum flavored lips and smirked at her, "Ye 'ave a name?" His eyes scintillated and he raised an eyebrow. He then gestured his head wanting her to come sit back down.

Destiny looked Jack up and down and then smiled a little. She slowly sat down across from him and watched him. "My name is Destiny..." She tucked a strand of hair behind her ear, while smiling a little more at him. She didn't expect him to react the way he did.

Jack grinned and glanced at her, "Well,..Destiny.." He offered her his hand, "Jack Sparrow...Captain Jack Sparrow if ye do.."
Although, unknowingly Jack was so drunk in the head, that when he offered his hand, he was offering it more so to the air, then to her hand.

Jack laughed in a quiet tone and leaned back into his chair as well with a plop. "Why should a girl like ye wonder off leavin' me without knowin' a name..." He swigged his rum and then placed it back onto the table.
