Tis of Gimli, I made it because as of yesterday I became a dwarf! -points to stars- Looket looket!! TWO STARS!!! Sqwoot!

I used Photoshop 5.5. I would really love some tips, because I'm not very good at it, I've never done it before,t he only other thing I've done is dolling, and it's nothing like making banners.

Practice with multiple layers on overlays and such... also use a lot of airbrush erasing.
