Mutation: Ability to charge the molecules of the air around her in a what can best be described as a microwave effect. The heat changes around her and she can manipulate it as offensive and defensive weaponry. She can also use it to help her fly. Current top speed unknown.
Bio: As a teenager Amber had a troubled life. Her mother and her step-father were overly strict on her. After having an intense argument, Ambers powers kicked in for the first time. She turned her bed to ashes. She was kicked out of the house and was homeless for quite some time until she was discovered trying to pick pocket Storm. She was since taken in and taught better use of her powers.

Amber sat in her room, alone. She enjoyed company, but she enjoyed her solitude just that bit more. She liked the view from her window, over looking the back gardens. It was so pretty this time of year, she thought to herself.

Emma walked down to the kitchen and grabbed a soda. Sitting down she began to drink it, thinking hard about the past couple days. Suddenly the lights flickered.
'Shoot.' Emma thought and shook her head to clear her thoughts.

Amber sighed to herself.
"Can't stay locked away in here all day." she opened her window and sat on the ledge.
he closed her eyes and began to slowly edge forward, a bright amber glow began to form around her and she started to float in the air right outside her bedroom window.
She always found it ironic that her powers manifested in the colour of her birth name.

She took off at a leisurely speed, rolling and twisting in the air. This was when she was at her happiest, when she felt most free. She smiled to herself as she perched herself on a thick branch of a nearby tree.

Emma heard the trees shake outside the window, she was curious so she poked her head outside.
"Amber!" Emma smiled as she saw that it was Amber in the tree.
