The guard opens the door out into the elven gardens then strolls towards the imperial palace. "The graves you see around here are the emperors of the past... they lived and died serving the empire... but 2 empereors do not have a grave site... Tiber and Martin septim... please follow..." He walks up the stairs then to the south east where a great dragon can be seen.

[Have you beaten the main quest yet? Martin destroys the amulet of kings becomes a giant dragon... Lord Dagon walks the earth again and attack Martin, and they get in a huge fight... which sadly Martin dies at the end leaving behind a statue of a dragon]
