Jack let her pass infront of him. He sighed deeply as he heard his stomach growl once more, "Oh will ye shutup!" He patted his stomach before he continued down into the darkness.
"How much farther down ye think Minara?" His voice echoed loudly.

Minara simply shrugged, and continued. She made it to a stairwell and then stopped. "Shall we go down it, or continue on to the left?..." The tunnel snaked away to the left, even though the stairs went straight down....

Jack poked his head around Minara's shoulder getting a good look for himself. His eyes darted back and forth about ten times. Then, finally he pointed a finger infront of him, then by saying a verse he moved his finger back and forth as he said,
"Yo....ho....yo...ho...a...pirate's...life...for..me!" His finger had ended up pointing to the steps that kept going downwards.
He smirked and shouted, "Eureka!"

Jack grinned to himself and nodded towards her, "Good idea missy.." He once again followed her down into the darkness, but the strange part about this is Jack was starting to second guess himself.
As they continued down the stairs, it grew more quiet, the smell was horrid and an eerie substance could be felt over the steps.
Finally Jack spoke up, "Ye know Minara...I was just kiddin' to go this way..let's turn arou-" His voice was cut off as he stepped onto a stair which gave way, sending him deep into a trap door of darkness.

Minara had sensed it a second before, and had stopped. She was just about to tell Jack to slow down, but the genius had already found out the hard way. "Jack?...." She calls down into the darkness, even her eyes not able to see all the way down. "You okay down there?..." A funny thought drifts through her mind: "The least that can have happened is that we'll have t'put him back together like Humpty-Dumpty......"

Jack ceased to answer for about five minutes, when suddenly he had enough strength to yell back up, "Aye....." He wasn't entirely sure if everything was fine. First of all he heard his leg snap when he landed in the darkness. But, anything was better for Jack then landing in a pile of spikes again.
Jack groaned and stood up slowly. His eyes glanced around. The place was about ten by ten feet and shaped like a square. At each corner of the square room there was a torch, lighted torches mind you. The fire that danced on them crackled in the eerie silence. The walls were strange, they were made out of metal and of iron.
Jack frowned his brows at them. "'Ey...Minara! Ye might want to come and take a look at this!"

Minara lies flat on her stomach and looks down at Jack, far below. "Well, my eye.... I think you've found a way into the vault..... Or a trap... That could lead to death..." She shrugs nonchalantly. "Why don't you find out for us?....." lol

"Uh..sure.." Jack shrugged and raised an eyebrow as he cautiously stepped forward. He closed his eyes ready for another trap door in the floor, only to find out there was no more trap doors. He smirked and laughed nervously. "Hah!"
He then ran around the room, stomped the floor, jumped on the floor, laughing then said to the room, "Ye think ye are so smart eh? There's no trap in this room, and so help me if I'm wrong, I'm not Captain Jack Sparrow!" With that he leaned up against one of the metal walls and let out a deep breath.
Suddenly there was a loud rumble and the wall budged forward, so did all the other walls. It fell silent. "Uh oh.." was all Jack could say before the walls once again budged forward.
Jack jumped away from the walls and started to back up.
The walls then made a grinding noise as sharp metal spikes rose through the metal.

Minara watches Jack run around like a mad man, then cracks up completely at Jack's blunder. "Well well well.... Want some help up?...." She calls down between laughing fits, grinning all the while.....

The noise of the walls were growing louder as they kept closing in. Minara's calls to Jack were faded out by the them.
Jack kept stepping backwards, but then suddenly realized that the wall behind him was closing in as well, and those spikes did not look friendly.
He gasped and grabbed one of the torches off the walls and wrenched it in between the walls.
They stopped. "Hah! See Minara...I 'ave e'erything under control!"
SNAP! The torch fell to the ground in half and the walls came in closer.

Minara snarled st herself and grabbed a rope from one her men, flinging it down to Jack. "Grab on, if you wanna see daylight again!...." "Clumsy oaf..."

Jack quickly dodged for the rope. He gripped hold of it and yelled, "Pull me up!" The walls were closer than ever now, only about a foot away from making Jack alot skinnier.
As he felt the rope pull up, it didn't seem to go fast enough. For just as his head and the arm holding the rope rose above the walls safely, the rest of his body hadn't made it and the walls closed in on it.

(Ha ha! Well, Minara has saved a section of him. And no, Jack isn't cut in half...the walls are spikes...not flat iron. ~takes remote control and presses play~ *click*)

(OH! Okay.... I thought it was gonna squish him in half... Okay, it's only stabbing him...*shrugs and contimues*)
Minara walks backwards quickly, using her vampiric strength to haul Jack up, wincing at the thought of the damage she knows must have been done to his lower half....
