I'm trying out some new effects that I've learned how to do. Here's my first try at "featuring" the eyes and changing their colour:

I use Photoshop 7.0

The more I look at it I think that she looks a bit posessed or something. I think I made them too bright...ah well it was my first try.

Neat effect! I can do that too, but you can do it better than I can. i think I'll go and check that tutorial out.
