I love the Darkover books by Marion Zimmer Bradley. You don't have to have read them, cause I'll give you a basic summary on the situation. And this RPG is only loosely based on the series!!!

We are on a planet somewhere in the galaxy. There is a feudal system, but no witches, wizards, trolls, dragons or similar. BUT... the inhabitants of this freezing cold planet can be telepathic. The telepathic caste are called the Comyn, they commonly have red hair and are considered superior above all else. Psi powers are called Laran and all telepaths (people with Laran) are educated in the Towers. Highest person in a Tower is a Keeper (either man or woman).
It's basically Middle Ages. There are guilds, the ruling Comyn and the Free Amazons, who are women outside the feudal system. They can be mercenaries, midwives, you name it.

Well, that's basically it.

Ok, here's my bio then and a short summary of the plot.

Name: Alessandra Leynier-Ardais (Ala)
Mother: Ysabet Leynier
Father: Lewis Ardais-Hastur
Laran: catalyst gift, shape-shifting (shifting mind into a different shape, NOT the body)
POB: Comyn Castle, Thendara (capital of Darkover)
Residence: Castle Ardais
Family: betrothed to Paolo Ridenow
Appearance: long red hair, usually coiled and pinned at the nape of her neck, pale eyes, wears long skirts, but doesn’t hesitate to hitch them to work (even if it’s not really seemly)
Jobs: administrates Ardais estate (to horror of Comyn Council, the parlament ruled by the telepaths)


Plot: Alessandra and her sisters are preparing for her wedding, but then well... then comes a bad guy (or woman ) and does something. I'm not sure what yet, so if maybe someone could play the "Bad Person"? I don't mind the category of "Bad".

Name: Mira Shadowmirror

Description: Completely white eyes, misted over, blind. Pale skin and long, dark red hair, auburn-y. Always wears dark colors, mainly black and navy blue.

Background: Born of an elf(mother) and a Druid(father), her father left when she was young, and her mother died of grief, but some say she was killed by her kin because of her love for the Druid.

Powers: Is blind in the eyes, but can see with her mind: in front, behind, above, and on all sides at the same time. Has telekinesis, telepathy, and teleportation. Is also an illusionist, using her mind to touch others' optic nerves and created different or mutiple images.....
