Okay, here it is:
I believe, Peter Jackson is the pilot whom you see shooting at Kong, he looks a little bit thicker that the others and he has a very grim face. You see him in 2 shots in a row. He sits in the plane that Kong destroys first.
Or he is the next pilot attacking him.
I'm not sure about this, but I really believe it is the first one.

^Thanks Éowyn, I've been looking all over for him.
I am sooo disappointed. I accidentely ordered the wrong DVD, so instead I just got the regular DVD with just the movie on it. *is sad* Now I'll never get to see any of the cool extra features.

I knew H.S. did the music for that, but I hardly remember the music after all the action. the music in LotR was easier to notice and get stuck in your head.
