Winter's ears perked and she stared at Ava. After a minute or two of siliece she replied, "Until you no longer need my service in your pack, I will stay. But afterwards I will decide whether I wish to remain or not. I am a loner and those are my ways."

ava smiled at winter then softly replied"thank you...i know what it is like to be a loner i was untill i found this pack i had nothing to anwser to no one to turn to in times of need or sorrow...but you ...you know what your doing "ava shifted to her right and stared out towards the fading sun she couldnt help but look sad it brought back all the memories of her past,these things ran trough her mind as the wind whipped around her face she closed her eyes and enjoyed the sweet soft sound of the wind ....

"Thanks," whispered Winter before trotting into the forest with Ava. Her eyes averted to the heavens as the sun began to fade and a talon of darkness slowly stretched over the land. A sudden chill sprang up as night fell. Her nose raised out into the air and caught a strong scent of wolf. "Is that your pack?" she asked indicating the aroma.

as ava followed she felt a shiver crawl down her spine .she sniffed the air as well and looked very confused "no...its not!"ava sudenly became paranoid as she couldnt help but shae not in fear but because of the errie darkness that over took the land her eyes darted from left to right watching all around her her breathing heavied all was quiet the silence was deafening

Winter's ears flicked. "Ava stay here and howl if anyone approaches." The white she-wolf crouched down and stalked through the undergrowth close enough that she could get to her new friend if anything happened but far away enough to scout out for enemies.
