Valen yawned and stretched, showing his very pink tounge. He walked over to Satin, twitching his tail. "Are you often this demanding?"

"Thank you Rain. But I think I should inform her." Sunstar trotted out of the den and sternly looked at Satin. Although she could be a great asset to the clan, she felt like this was just the beginning of disturbances the forest would bring to them. "If you would so kindly join my in my den," she said to th former loner.

valen growled quietly, "I'm off to hunt, be back in a while." valen often blew off steam by hunting, it thrilled him to give chase to a hare or vole.

Rain wondered if she was still needed in Sunstar's den.

Valen cam back with two small voles and lay down, panting. Dragonclaw went over and lay down beside him, making sure not to touch him. his eyes watched her and turned to watch the small kittens that had tumbled over to them.

Deaw shrugged when her sister didn't answer and went out to join Sye "We'il just have to wach wach her ourselves"

Deaw smiled in relif, that was the sister she knew. She looked at sye for a moment then shooed him away good naturedly, he gave a sly glance at Glim then paded off. "Sister, what would you say to me being mated!?" asked Deaw with barely supressed laughter

"I know...I know that you will be worried. But think about what is best for the clan. You must stop acting so foolish." Dragonclaw lay her head down in mute anger.

Rain blinked at Deaw fondly. "All the clan are my kits, but those of my sister will be an especiall joy."

Satin nods and licks the back of her paw, bringing it up and washing her face with it. After a moment she stops and looks at the clan leader. "So what's my first job?..... And who exactly am I 'apprenticed' to?......" Satin's green eyes glitter like dark emeralds......
