^oooh nice!! whats your draw weight?
haha speaking of funny times, during archery pratice one day, this guy on the team was shooting a really standard bow (btw, we all made it on the team because we were supposed to be really good archers) so then this guy lets go of the string and the arrow goes flying and it hits the basketball net and stays there. our coach got SO bad because he couldnt believe that one who made it to the archery team could possibly embarass himself in such a way ...

yeah LotR got most people interested in archery  ... you can actually buy a pretty non-expensive standard bow in a sports store, if they have archery equipement there ... which country do you live in? because in Canada, they have like 50-dollar bows ... very good deal

Ooh! I'd love to join! I love archery, but I've neither got a bow nor anything else. I've done it a few times when there was a chance and *blushes* not been that bad either. I'm thinking of joining the archery team, but they shoot with funny bows, you know, modern ones. I don't like those. Same?

Eruraina and Arawn ... i have added you both to the list
and Arawn ... yeah modern bows are way different so yes i agree ... but i think you're allowed to bring your own 'old fashioned' bow in some teams, and it would be considered a standard bow _________________

When I was at this one summer camp, I did archery. And I got my own bow from this weird store. I was never able to aim very well. I would keep my right eye open, other eye closed... and everything else I had to do, but the arrow always go left of the target!
