Margaret nodded and walked into the building. She heard the door shut behind her, but she paid no attention. There on the other side of the main lobby was Clara Nate. "I guess you've gone back into buisness Ms Nate." she sneered. "Or would you rathger I call you Clay."

Clay looked at the girl in front of her and laughed. "What you came alone? When you knew how stong I was?"

Icefire saw the woman that Margeret desperately wanted to kill. He wouldn't take that away from her but he wanted to tip the scales slightly. He began draining the temperature of the woman's neurons, hoping to paralyze her.

I was cured all right.

Clay noticed what the boy was trying to do. "Foolish boy." She then walked to Icefire and punched him. Margaret saw this and started assaulting her with items in the room. Clay just laughed and blocked them.

The bike swerved all over the road as the weak giant lost control from time to time.
He raced down the road to the mansion and felt his head swim. The road got fuzzy and he turned the handle bars, causing the bike to slide into the other bikes in front of the mansion. An alimghty crash could be heard and John lay on the floor, not moving.

The machine eyed the mansion and floated in the air looking down.
"Asses the numbers then attack."

Stars were surrounding Icefire's line of sight but he shook them away. He sighed. If it hadn't been for Margeret standing there, he could have easily incerneated the building. But now...he created two fireballs and threw them at her. The fireballs swerved towards her.

Talim saw the machine and pulled a Nexus out of thin air, but it didn't seem affected by it.

Kim heard the commotion outside and ran out the dorm hallway and as fast as she could downstairs. Rushing towards outside, she spots John lying on the lawn. He was in a mess.
Rushing over to him she knelt down to see if he was breathing.
"John? John? Come on big guy..wake up"

Margaret went towards Icefire as the fire balls hit Clay. The woman seemed fine, exept that her skin was cracked where they hit. "You ok John?" Margaret asked. Not noticing that the woman was grabing a pipe from the floor.

He slowly opened his blood soaked eyes and looked at the blured figure of Kim. His lips forced open and utter a few weak words.
"Kim... there's a thing... not human..." He gulped in air, "Must get... away."
His eyes opened wide when he saw it in the air above them. He tried to raise a hand to point at is but it fell to the ground.

Talim ran until she found Kim and John. "Machine...I can't reach it with Syi and Lia....The Nexxus can't do it either..."

Kim had never seen John in this sort of condition. This was enough to worry her. Scanning the skyline she saw a figure hovering, waiting. Like a big cat stalking it's prey.
She looked back down at John and spoke with urgency in her voice.
"John..listen to me. Can you make it inside?"

He tried to sit up with some akward success and got onto his feet with Kim's help.
"I can try..."
He took one step and stumbled to a knee. He glanced at the other girl.
"Get inside... both of you..."

Kim helped her friend to his feet and turned her head to face the girl.
"Get inside NOW! Those won't hurt it."
Struggling to keep John on his balance she walked with him inside to the Lobby area.
