As soon as the bottle of rum was given to it, Jack uncorked it and chugged down a few big gulps.
Jack grabbed the bottle of the counter and started waltzing away but just to be wrenched back up to the counter by an extreme overset bartender.
He growled and Jack revealing a mouth full of rotten teeth, "You...pay for that bub.." He squeezed Jack's neck with a big strong hand.

Eliza looked up at the woman who spoke, and in a snap she was sober. "Devina, Oh my god. I didn't know you were around. Meet my Captain and One of my best friends after you, Gwendolyn, but I call her Gwen. We're leaving for Spain. Want to come?"
((Rhavaniel, I think Devina should wonder where Emilio is, after all he kept his wife from drinking to much.))

While Eliza was greeting an old friend, Nate looked around the bar. He saw the bartender squeezing another man's neck, the man squeezing the neck of a bottle of rum. Nate got up and walked over to the scene. "Is there something wrong?" he asked casually.

The fat bartender growled in Nate's face. He squeezed Jack's neck even harder causing Jack to make a funny croaking sound in his throat, "Aye...this bub 'ere isn't goin' to pay for 'is rum..." The rasper voice of the bartender grew louder, "And I don't like it when people don't pay me! They get thrown out!"

Gwen smiled, eyes looked at Eliza as if saying, 'of course he's dead' but she didn't dare say that. Captain Gwen also walked over to the bartender and Jack. "Someones not paying?" She took his arm and lifted up the sleeve(like comedor did at the begining of PotC 1) "He's a pirate. What else would you expect?" she said, dropping his arm...

Nate tossed a coin onto the bar counter. "Well, now the rum's paid for, so no one needs to get thrown out." he smiled.

Jack eyed Gwen strangely as she tore his sleeve upwards to reveal his pirate mark. But, he suddenly forgotten about it as the fat bartender even squeezed his neck harder. He croaked again in his throat.
The bartender snarled like an animal at Nate, "Fine!...I'll take it..." He reached over with his free hand and grabbed the coin. "But I still don't like this one...and I'm still goin' to a throw 'im out!" He walked around the counter, and started to head out, still holding Jack above the ground by grasping his neck.

Gwen got in hes way. "I'll give ye two extra coins if the man gets to say. No need one that wants to get drunk should be kicked out of this Saloon." she said, refuring to the big fight taking place in the room...

The fat bartender pushed away all the protesters. He put a thick thumb to his chest and said, "I'm the bartender and the innkeeper, I don't like 'im. If I want 'im out, 'es out! And that's that!"
With that he bumped open the door with his foot and with a strong arm tossed Jack clear across the way into the dusty road. "And stay out!" He brushed off his hands and walked back to the counter feeling quite satisfied.
