Henri groaned as the heat was brought onto him like a giant wave of death. He really prefered the cold to anything now. He whistled for his horse and taken off his helmet to avoid him dying from a heat stroke.

Zerrksies took Syndar along at a relatively average pace, not rushing the horse. He kept up with the others but had no desire to get into any kind of race.

Ahead of the small party loomed the treeline, a welcome sight after the burning sands. As the horses thundered into the trees, Kindan leapt off and Rumour shifted back into her normal shape. "Well, that was interesting......" She grins at the group, noticing Henri's look of anguish at the heat they just passed through. Under the trees it was alittle bit cooler, and the wind blew gently. "Alright, there are two routes we can take....."

Narion skidded to a stop in the sand and flopped backwards, her leg lodged in the sands. She panted a little bit, enjoying the hot sun and the grainy feel of the sand between her fingers.

Zerksies grined slightly at Narion's actions. It always amazed him how divers such a small group of people could be.

Rumour looks at the group and takes a deep breath. "Okay.... We can head straight North and go through the Sarnadan mountains and straight into Anden..... Or we can cross the Sarnadan mountains and travel beside them and into Anden..... It doesn't matter to me....."
