She lifted her arms and her eyes turned to a peircing silver. Black smoke-like substance surrounded her and she was lifted into the air.

The machine jolted back into action when the sun started to set. It's red eyes glowing in the setting darkness.
"Attack?"
The voice in his ear yawned and sounded dazed.
"Wha..? Oh right, yes! Kill them all!"
"Afirmative."
It's legs bent and launched him into the air, flying toward the mansion with great speed. It saw Emma right in front of it. The machine quickily analysised the girl and found no matching file. It increased it's speed and aimed to tackle her out of the air.

Emma saw the machine racing toward her. As it got closer, she built up more power. Before it collided with her, a tight ring of darkness surrounded her and a powerful burst of blackness surrounded her and the machine.

The machine switched it's thermal vision back on and found it's target. It flew foreward aiming to punch her in the gut.

Emma got the punch in the gut and flew back. Her power still kept her in the air but she could tell she injured something. Then she could feel the cooling sensation in her gut and the pain was gone.

It flew out of the blackness and through the night's sky toward her with open outstreched hands aiming tio choke her.

Emma gathered up the energy of her power and a loud boom filled the air and spun her away from the machine's reach.
"Nice try," She called out, laughing a little.

The machine was already on top of her throwing a punch to her face .

The machines fist collided with her face. She could feel her nose break and her jaw was dislocated.
Emma cried out in pain but in seconds her jaw popped back in and her nose healed itself. Blood was flowing down her face from an open cut but that was healed shut. Wiping some of the blood out of her eyes she spat at the machine.
Emma propelled herself forward and the using her power she sent a burst of blackness at the machine, which would hopefully propell it backward.
'Hurry up guys!' Emma thought desprately to Kim and Talim.

Kim watched the struggle in the sky between Emma and the machine.
Slowly she began to build up a power surge. Using all her rage, fury and control her fist began to glow more powerful than she'd ever let it happen before.
"Emma!" she cried out, focus in her voice.
"MOVE!"

With that she let a powerful blast emit from both her fists in the direction of the machine.

The machine flew back in the air, it's head and limbs jerking away from its chest as it raced through the nights sky. It soon came to halt, directing the energy away from it.
Its red glowing eyes glared at Kim. It turned to face her and launched itself at her, hands held out to grab her by the throat.

Kim cursed under her breath as she saw the machine flying at her at top speed.
Standing her ground, she would defend the kids at all costs.
Suddenly the machine came crashing into her, it's hands around her neck. Trying to squeeze the life out of her.

The machine picked her up above his head and threw her into the mansion doors. It watched her crash through the doors and it turned it's attention back to Emma.
