*5* Okay, if you look at <a href="http://i6.tinypic.com/11vigpt.jpg" target="_blank><u>my banner</u></a>, the blue text doesn't stand out too well. There are many methods of making it stand out without changing the color. First, double click on the text layer so a window like <a href="http://i6.tinypic.com/11viivo.jpg" target="_blank"><u>this</u></a> pops up. Play around with these settings...what I would do in my case though, is add an "Outer Glow".

This is the code I used, but for some reason, this is what I come up with:

(look towards the bottom...for some reason, it says 'okay, if you look at (and then it skips ahead) this pops up.
