How do you put brushes on a page, and let people download it?

Sorry if this is a noobish question, I just started a few days ago.

You can either put the brushes in a zip file, or you can leave it as a .abr, or whatever format you're program saves it in.
Presuming you know how to save the set, all you have to do is upload the file or zip to you're host, and provide a link to its url. Then people can click on that link and download the brush.
If I didn't make that very clear, just say so.
