"Nice to meet you, Gordan." Margaret smiled sitting up, the pain was nearly gone, and she barely coughed now. "As for what you did, as long as you regret it and help us, then I won't hold it against you." She said holding his hand, and smileing.

Gordan looks at her through his blue eyes and smiles. He looks at the others then smiles. "she will be ok for now.. arm yourselves and here... drink these... as for me... im going to do a little rat hunting..."

Margaret put a hand on his arm, she had started feeling content with him around. "Be careful." she said, her voice was shy. She looked into his blue eyes wtih her own.

Mel sighed as Jimmy drank the Dr. Pepper. She had inhaled that smoke, certainly, but she still did feel like there was something in her lungs...she coughed once, then walked into the kitchen and grabbed some water. "Yeah, James," she said after her sister made a comment, "Maybe you should think a little more beyond yourself once in a while."
