we had a Nazgul Team at one point in our lives. it didn't work out though. the WT was accusing us of copying them, and the mods got on us and... eh....

GIMP is-"Global Image Modifying Program" (or something like that.) I believe it's free, but I don't think it's that great. Then again, I've never used it.
