Sai longed for death to take him, but no one was willing to give it to him, most were to scared or never really realized that he was not joking about it, he had lost everything, he was willing to let anyone that had the gut to kill him and let him finnaly be rid of the pain of being alone...

One day, he was walking down a path to his house, and all of a sudden a vampire grabed him by the neck and bit down drinking his blood, half draining the boy, the vampire let go of him and asked 'do you still want death... or have you had enough?' "enough!" the sai cried out, the vampire droped the boy to the ground and let him go... :later that night: Sai layed in bed, he had lost his taste for the food, he layed there running a high fever, and then he looked up and saw the vampire "who are you and what are you doing in my house" sai asked pulling out a gun...

Suddenly, another figure leaps through the window, smashing into the vampire and flinging him to the floor. Fingernails like claws flash through the air and decapitate the vampire. A young woman stands up, her face bathed in moonlight. "Hello...." Her blue eyes glitter with icy flames as she turns to the young man....

Kith glanced at the window. He heard no screams, nothing that would hint that the vampire had killed both the boy and the woman. However, that didn't mean he hadn't. Kith shifted, this time to a raven, and fluttered to the window. ONce ther, he shifted back to his human shape. "You are swift and string" He commented as he looked at the vampire. "It takes skill to decapitate a vampire."

The Vampire smirked "oh it does... and what do you expect me to do... stand here and watch people kill me?"

Black wings furled and unfurled in apprehension. Black hair, long and streaked with crimson, fluttered in the wind. A shaft of moonlight fell upon a man's bare torso.

Outside in the hall, the crouched incubus licked his lips in wary anticipation. Selac's blood-red eyes darted to the bedroom door. The vampire should have been out by now. How long does it take to bite a bloody human?

Kith tensed up, and strained his ears. A whisper of wind reached his ears, like wings beating. He listened for a moment longer, and heard nothing. Though wary, he dismissed the thought.

The girl, named Catalina, Cat for short, senses it too, but doesn't dismiss it so easily. She steps towards the door, her nails sliding out into long claws silently. Without a second thought, she rams her claws through the door and into the flesh of whatever is outside......
