Trainspotting?
Well, kind of hard to explain...but erm. It's basically about heroine addicts.  It's a great movie...here's IMDB  :
A wild, freeform, Rabelaisian trip through the darkest recesses of Edinburgh low-life, focusing on Mark Renton and his attempt to give up his heroin habit, and how the latter affects his relationship with family and friends: Sean Connery wannabe Sick Boy, dimbulb Spud, psycho Begbie, 14-year-old girlfriend Diane, and clean-cut athlete Tommy, who's never touched drugs but can't help being curious about them...
The ending is pretty interesting...and there's this whole scene while Ewan's character (renton) is feeling the effects of withdrawls...and there's a baby crawling on the ceiling. Wow. Some scene are really intense....but the ending is really good! _________________ "So what? So plenty!"

Plus, it's directed by Tim Burton, really the only downside is having to see Danny DeVito's butt!

No really!
I foudn a way to make my baby brother get to bed!
He's 3 months old and all I have to do is play "Your Song" and he falls to sleep right away...it's a miracle. =)
