Tania heard Dani call out to her, but she remained steadfast and did not move and lowered her breathing. She was taught every sneaky trick in the book by her father. Things not even her fellow X-Men knew she knew.
As much as she wanted to call out to Dani, to go back to the Institute. She made this pact with Sinister. She had to find him...

Emma saw Tania head off with Dani following her but the bar light on fire. She swore and moved toward Icefire.
"Did you see her, Tania?" Emma said. "I lost her."

Icefire saw Emma and replied, "I think I got her. Hold on." He went to the corridor but could hardly see anything. He took out a small fireball and used it as a lamp when Magneto called in. "Is she willing to come with you?" he asked.
"I don't think so....she's on a crossbeam." He was chucking the fireball up to better see the place. Meanwhile Magneto began relaying orders to him.
"If she doesn't want to come, then forget it. Personally I think Sinister has brainwashed her and it won't do any good if we bring in a mutant under Apoclaypse's control."
"What are you suggesting, Magneto?" Icefire asked. Rarely did he question Magneto's orders but today was different. "Are you suggesting we abandon her?"
There was a pause at his end and finally Magneto answered, "Yes. Order Emma and Dani to leave, get back to the manison and destroy Lucifuge."
Icefire paused for a moment and said, "It will be done."

Dani waited until they had left the club and were in the car before voicing her concerns to Magneto. "Sir, I must object to killing the hostage. Even if we're not able to trade him for Tania, there are other things - control, resources. And don't forget that his brain holds information, which we desperately need." She deliberately avoided adding that, in her opinion, killing the mutant was an extremely ill-considered decision.

Magneto sighed and said, "Very well. We will try to interrogate him, but I might warn you that Lucifuge has nothing to lose with his death and I'm afraid that he will die before he reveals anything. I doubt he is capable of feeling pain at all. Not to mention Sinister has bound to sent his own men to attempt a rescue mission which will attribute to the destruction of this manison and its occupants. Emma, gather up the teachers and have bring the children into the shelters as a precaution. Dani, accompany me and Erik to the dungeons. We must be able to extract information from him. If only we had a telepath here with us."

Dani followed the two into the dungeons, not sure what role she could play, but knowing that she did need information to prepare for an insertion.

Tania remained absolutely still. Almost in a medititave state, ignoring the fireball on purpose. They all appeared to be leaving. She wanted nothing more than to flip off the beam and go with them, tell them everything.
But one thing stuck in her head.
'Never break a promise, pup' she heard her fathers words echo in her head as a single tear fell on her cheek.

Magneto, Icefire, and Dani descended down to the dungeon and went to the cell of Lucifuge. Before they began to question him, Magneto turned to Icefire and said, "I have been remiss but I need to tell you this. We have eleven Apocalypse names, all of them plays a crucial role in Apocalypse's chain of command. I need you and your advanced combat team to take them down, one by one. We want them dead."
"We?" Icefire said.
"We, as the entire X-Men. Here is the list of men and pictures of them. I will tell you this now: It has cost many lives of our spies to obtain this information. It will be poor payment for their lives if you refuse to do this mission."
Icefire took the folder Magneto handed him and flipped through the documents and papers. To his surprise, one of the men was a Horseman. Icefire looked at Magneto as he smiled and proceeded with the interrogation. "Lucifuge, we wish to speak with you," Magneto began. "It has come to my understanding that Sinister has renounced all connection with you and disavowed you. You, according to him, are no longer part of Apocalyse's grand plan."

Emma hurried into the mansion. Running through the halls she called out to everyone in the mansion. As soon as everyone asembled in the lounge she stood on a chair.
"Ok, everyone! I cannot give any specifics but the mansion is now dangerous. We need to evacuate and move to a safe house. All the lessons will continue there. I have made arrangements! They are expecting us in 45 minutes."

Once they got to the safe house, Emma made sure everything was going to be ok. She got into her BMW and drove away.
"Everyone is safe." Emma said into her com, "I'm heading back to the mansion."

Once Tania was sure they had left, she deftly flipped off the cross beam and landed catlike on her feet. Flipping her hair off her face, she made her way back out the corridor. Looking carefully out into the crowd, she wanted to make sure they were completely gone.
Realising it was safe, she made her way back into the crowd. Looking over at the bar area where Icefire had caused some minor damage. There would have been minor fuss caused, mutants showing off was part and parcel of Heaven. Icefire was always a bit of a problem. Her father thought he was just 'another reckless kid with too much power'.
Tania missed her father and wondered where he was. Why he didn't come looking for her all the time she was in the pens?
Her thoughts were disturbed by a hand on her shoulder, in one swift movement she had her assailant pinned to a table. Then she recognised the man that touched her.
"Warren?" she let him up quickly "I'm so sorry, I thought. I didn't know.."

Warren adjusted his wings as he looked at her with slight bemusement.
"Tania. A pleasure as always. What are you doing here?"

"I need your help Angel. We need to talk...privately" Tanias tone was dark and she looked at Angel her eyes full of intensity.

Angel nodded "Come with me. We can talk in my office, I'll make sure we're not disturbed" he hurried her through the back of his club, towards his office.

Lucifuge paced up and down in his cell when he heard the familure voice. He spun and faced the door, kicking it off again and looking at Magneto.
"Everyone is part of his plan, whether they work for or against him, survival of the fittest. If I survive then I shall live in his new glorious age."
He smiled and lifted an a hand, with a chain still attatched, and pointed at him.
"You just want whats in my head!"

Tempest and Havok were nearing the Institute. Havok slowed the vehicle down to a near stop. Turning to face his wife "We're almost here, I'll bring the car to a stop and we can walk the rest of the way. I'm pretty sure they'll be prepared for an attack. So we have to be on our guard at all times"

"I hear ya. I'm just itching for another fight. It's been so long since I had any worthy competition" Tempest cracked her knuckles at the thought of letting loose with her powers.

The car stopped and they both disembarked. Cautiously they made there way towards the gate. It had been bolted back in place.
"Lensherr works fast huh?" Tempest said looking over at Havok with a wry smile.

"Would you like to do the honours?" Havok asked his wife, his grin saying it all.

Clenching her fists, her power surged up inside her. Before she let rip with a force that blasted the gates clean off.

They both passed the behind of heaven. They moved cautiously through the corridor and afterwards make sure everything is normal. He opened his room and invited Tania in. He stared at her she seemed so nervous and worried. "Have a seat please" he pointed one of the couch. "Okay here we are. Let's talk about the reason of your coming here. I suppose you have a good reason for that".

Alarms blared inside the manison, which more than likely had proven Lucifuge's words. Magneto swore, turned to Icefire and Dani and said, "Find any of the strong mutants and gather them up. You have my permission to kill at will. If it's a war Apocalypse wants, it's a war he shall get." Icefire nodded and with Dani, ascended the stairs and rushed towards the gates, gathering some of the stronger mutants. Before they opened the door towards the courtyard, Icefire said to all of them, "Listen, Magneto has placed me in command but do not allow to discourage you. This is everyone's war. Do not allow your body to lose your mind in this. Your mind is what grants you your ability to fight." There was a pause and Icefire opened the door and with his team, rushed to the courtyard to meet the intruders.

As the team ran out, Dani split off to the side. Jumping, she caught the edge of a gutter with her fingers and swung herself up to crouch on a low, protruding roof, giving herself a vantage point. As the intruders came in sight, she cast her eye about, pinpointing the locations of objects that might come in handy.
