And there the idiots over here say it always rains in Britain, or it s cold! *angry* WE had 30 degrees centigrade last year and THEY had the rain! Hee hee hee!! Though it is normally colder when we want to go swimming in Barry. d-uh!

Yeah, it's completely untrue that it rains all the time. It does tend to rain at the wrong moments though, like Wimbledon.

^ Yeah, it's really unpleasant even though...there are 6 desk fans and one ceiling fan in our house. They work over time in this heat. Even my hamsters have their own fans.

Basically all the countries in Europe are part of the Union. Some people in a high office in a forgein country (I have a feeling it's somewhere like Switzerland but I'm probably wrong) tell us all how much crops will cost, how much petrol we can have. They dictate what size tomatoes we have, so every one in the shops look the same. They have changed each countries currency to the Euro whether they want it or not. Britain haven't succumbed yet as we don't want to change the currency. It's the worst thing Britain's done in years, is get us involved "with that mob" as my parents say. The EU also controls other things but I'm not quite sure what..politcs is very confusing...  _________________

The EU government is based in Brussels, Belgium. But it is not all that bad. They garuntee decent prices for farmers. But I agree, it is largely a bad move to get involved with 'that mob'. But there are benefits. I can't name any, but there are some. I think *shifty eyes*

Yes, I'm a bit fed up going to do the weekly shop and every single carrot, banana whatever looks the same. That's why it makes a change to see organic food (which doesn't seem to fall under the "perfection" category) all different shapes and sizes. _________________
