Jake's cell phone beeped. He listen to the message. His lesson for the girl was cenled. She had to do something else and won't be able to take lesson. He walked back into barn and unsaddling . He put the tack back up and reach for his show saddle and pad. He re brush him and put the pad and then the saddle on. He walk back up to the english ring and set up jumps.

Hannah walked up to the stables and started grooming Golden Night ( or Goldie as she ofdetn called her). The old mare was resting in the back of her stall and as soon as she saw Hannah she walked up to the holod in her stall and stuck her head out to be petted. Hannah stroked her horses nose and then got her grooming kit and walked inside the stall to groom her horse. Goldie was good when she was getting groomed. She just stood there very calmly and enjoyed getting brushed.

Hailey mounted Star, and rode him around a bit. In a few circles, and a few figure eights while waiting...

Jack took Skie over the jump. He fell, he stood up. His shoulder, he had forgeten to but on his shoulder brace which is was suspose to wear when riding. He ran back to the barn throwing of his shirt he put the brace on and put his shrit back on. He mounted skie and started to ride.

GAbe addmiringly strocked his nice new barrel saddle. It was a dark leather color and had silver conchos that in the middle had a terquise cross inlay. Gabe also had a headstall to match the saddle

"stroking a saddle? you should be stroking your horse!" Hailey shook her head, and patted Star on the neck.

"We are waiting for Kait. If we're lucky we might be able to see some wild horses!"

He walked back to the barn. He unsaddle Skie and change her into her western saddle with was old and worn for working on her. He fixing his brace on his shoulder. He mounted. He troted over to the others. "Mind if I join you." He asked. "Nice saddle, Gabe. " he added.

"Thanks won it over near Fort Irwen on Friday ,so I am starting to break it in "Gabe looked down at Roman who had just put his head lower down and started dozing

" Come on boy walk for me." He said as he pushed his spurs into the sleeping horse.
Gabe slowly walked Roman in a circle around where they were atnding and then did a slow smooth trotfor a while then while waiting worked on his side pass for trail class in front of the hitching post.

Gabe utterly announed sadi
" Well you would be proud too, if all you could afford was a stinkin pleasure saddle that had been tore up so bad that you should have not gotten it , and then you won a brand new one by beating over 300 people!"
GAbe took of f after spurring Roman into a gallope.

GAbe didnt have all that much money after all his bills he had to pay off. He still had to pay off his student loans from college and he was still in drama school. He rarly got nice things and this sadddle was nice, so he was proud of it as only god could be sure.
After a while GAbe came back calmer than he was

" I am gonna go find Kait "

Once Hannah had finished grooming Goldie she went and got her beaten up old Western saddle. It was comfy as heck but it was old. The old thing had been through so much but it still worked. She tacked up Goldie and took her out for a nice ride out on a field. They were walking around for quite a bit then Hannah felt the sudden urge to go for a nice gallop. She could tell Goldie was in the mood as well. Her and Goldie galloped across the field and an overwhelming feeling of confidence came over Hannah and her horse, the felt so free.

GAbe troted Roman nice and easy through the stables.

he thought

Looking around he saw her horse at her stalls and whoaed Roman to a stop

Jack walked around in a cirle to keep his horse awake. His saddle was a little worn, he walked now troting in a cirle.
