This one has Billy Boyd in it and he is so hilarious!! It's about the guy who wants to swim across the English Channel and they need a boat with an exprenicied sailer, Billy. They ask, "Do you know what you're doing?" and Billy is like, "Of course, I know what I'm doing." His two friends gets thrown off the boat because Billy is driving so fast and Billy loses control of the boat. He has to go overboard right before the boat runs aground.

That seems like a good movie. especially if it has billy boyd!!! i love him!!!

I saw a preview for this and loved it. They all have their scottish accents and Billy looks great, a perfect part for him. Overall it just looks like a fun movie to see

I saw a preview for this on my Pride & Prejudice DVD and I really want to see it...if only because of Billy, who is definitely enough of a reason!
Is it even out in the US yet...seems like I would have noticed if it had...

Well, I've heard about this movie for quite a while. I've even had a picture of them all running into the water in their trousers....and I did a little "painting" on someone's trunks.  Larien knows what I'm talking about.
It sounds and looks like a GREAT movie, and I've been wanting to see it for AGES. I had heard that it was out in the U.S. on limited release. Not sure what that means. But it did go to Sundance...man, so many movies from the UK that I wanna see and I can't cuz I live in the middle of nowhere Montana, USA! Bah!

I loved OACD! 
I had the special chance to go see it at the Edinburgh Film Festival last September when my family visited Scotland.
Easily the best film Billy's done since LotR (no offense meant to his other post-LotR film/tv roles, he did well in those too), it's just a heartwarming story all-around. Admittedly, it's also very poignant and a bit of a tugging-on-the-heartstrings type of a film, but that just adds to the enjoyment.
Unfortunately, it was no-where near where I live when it came to US cinema, but hopefully it'll come to DVD soon (apparently the US version is a tad different than the UK version, I hope they didn't change it too much o.o)

I have been trying to see it for ages! I am so close now! Just 8 more days *I think. Is it the 3rd of July?* and the DVD will be mine! It WILL be mine. It looks so awesome. Billy looks hilarious again, of course. I have been counting down for weeks! I can't wait to get the DVD and watch it!

Ugh! I can't wait to see it!!! Billy is my favorite person in the world and the movie sounds HILLARIOUS!! Anybody know where I can find it in the states?

^^You know, I just found out about that last night!!! I was cruisn' the video rental store and happened to see a poster of all the movies coming out on DVD this month and I saw it listed and I was FREAKING out!!! Literally. Scared a few of the people in the store...but seriously, I'm so bloody EXCITED!!! YAY!!

OMG!!! I AM MARKING THE 11th ON MY CALENDER RIGHT NOW!!!! oh...I can't wait...I think I'll buy three DVDs of it so that I can watch it on three different TVs!
