OK, I just wrote this a second ago. Actually, I wrote part of it in my head last night when I was laying i my bed @ like midnight. lol But I didn't feel like getting up to write it down......so anyway, here it is. Hope u enjoy it!!


Wondering about Him


I lay down in my bed,
and close my eyes.
I’m thinking of him again.
I can’t help it.
I can’t help but wonder;
I can’t help but want to know.
What does he look like?
What color is his hair?
Is it blonde?
Or brown?
Or red?
What color are his eyes?
Are they green?
Or blue?
Or grey?
Is he tall,
or short,
or in the middle,
like me?
What does he act like?
Is he kind and sweet?
Is he quiet or shy?
Or loud or outgoing?
Where doe he live?
Across the street?
Across the country?
Or across the ocean?
And as I lay there,
and wonder,
and dream,
I suddenly I get up.
I go to the window,
and peer out at the sky.
I look up at the stars,
and wonder if he’s looking at them,
too.
And there I sit,
waiting,
and dreaming.
And wondering.
Wondering
if he’s wondering about me,
too.

lol That subject used to cause a lot of confusion and strife for me... still does. lol But at any rate I know it's just a mater of doing your best and trusting God to see you through. Which he ALWAYS will.

Yes, Pip, don't be so hard on yourself. Although the thought enters my mind about myself every now and again, but I suppose everyone feels that way sometimes. Like you said, Jax, the best thing to do is to have faith in God, and trust him, and he will never let you falter.

Good poetry!!! I've oft wondered this kind of thing myself, but as Jax says, trust God. Also, why don't you ask God to protect him until you meet?
