Sam followed Barret to back him up. Sparrow didn't look at them, his eye was fixed on his compass.

Dylan couldn't stand sitting alone. she got up and walked over to Jack Sparrow, Sam and Barret. she sat down on the other side of the table, she could see perfectly the face of Captain Jack Sparrow. she could perfectly see her own face as well. now she knew what her aunt was talking about saying she looked like her father.
"uh... hello Mr.Captain Jack sir." she mumbled, now nerves were eating her alive.

Cat had handed Barrett the clothes and stood back in the shadows when the new girl came. She spoke briefly to the old soothsayer whom she called Nanny, thanked her, then followed the others out, still hanging behind......
When they reach the pub, she follows them in and stands to one side, until they see Jack. Cat grins, recognizing him. "Finally.... Someone I half-way know...." She walks over to join Barrett, noticing that he looks much more handsome in his new clothes......

"'Ello..." Jack was still concentrating on the compass popping it open again and watching the dial spin back and forth in the palm of his hand. He raised an eyebrow at it and an expression of confusion came over his face.

"what is it?" Dylan asked Jack, she still wasn't her self, nerves, but she was closer then she had been. she stared and the compass, what was there about it that made it so he wouldn't look up?

Suddenly Jack felt a tap of on his shoulder. He held up a finger and said without turning his gaze away from the compass, "One moment..."

"aagggghhhh!" Dylan screamed throwing her hat on the table, she ran her fingers through the many, tiny, braids that covered her small head. she was trying to calm her self down, "talking" to him a few minutes and she wished she had stayed at the table alone already.

Cat snarls and yanks his chair over backwards. When the chair falls, she snatches the compass from him. "Listen to th' girl!!!....." she snaps the compass shut and puts it behind her back.....
