The elf ignored her, looking at Elrond. She glanced at Legolas. "How do you plan to rectify this?" she demanded of the couple. "I am not going back there to say, 'Terribly sorry, but Lord Elrond got bitten and Prince Legolas can't give a coherent reason for his absence.' Now that I think of it, I should probably tell them that a vampire-elf who can't control herself is loose in Rivendell." She got up to move towards the door.

"Oh back off you two!" the crown-prince snapped suddenly, his pale blue eyes alight with fire "He'll be alight in time..."
Rhavaniel shook her head, disgusted at the elf-woman, and stormed out, wincing as the sunlight hit her in the face, then recovering her compossure, and hurrieng down the corridor, to the darker part of the Last Homely House.
