She woke the next morning to the sun shining brightly in her face and closed them again to try to block out the sun. She frowned and a deep rumbling sound came from her voicebox as she streched. She plucked an apple from the tree and ate it peacefull. The jumped down and landed silently and lightly. She looked around and saw nobody. She pulled the hood to her cloak down to take a better look of her surroundings. She took out a map from her compartment in her motercycle in which she kept all the neccessary nessesities for emergencies, like food and other things that would take a lot of time to list. She traced her finger on the line she was following in order to get toext town over, where she had visisted only once before, and that was because she was passing through. Now she wanted to go there for a vacation from her work as a hired detective, not the youngest in her city far from here. She wondered what the name of the town. Resembool was it? Yeah.... I think it is she took another look at t the map and nodded. She pulled her hood up and climed abourd her bike and set off. The wind forcefully whipped her hood back and she had to stop to pull it up only slightly embarressed to be half cat, but she also thought of it as an oppertunity. Being half cat certienly has its advantages. But within its advantages it had its responsibilty and its ebarassing moments, but she would not give anything to go back to being only human.... Becasue being half cat gave her the ability to know another side of the world she lived in.Going back to being only human would be like.... well.... . going back to be only.... only human... She opened her eyes and shook the thoughts going through her mind. If she didnt concentrate on the road she would get in an accident.... But then, who would she get in an accident with? She shook her mind clear and turned at the next left and passed u nder a sign that said "Welcome to Resembool" She had arrived there just in time to watch the sun set. She took a blanket and a thick sleeping bag and a pillow, shuved them into a bookbag with some money and food and hide her bike in a thick bush. She climed a tall oak tree and hung her bag on a thick branch. She climed higher and found an abandoned treee house... She smiled and lowered herself to the next branch took her bag and clung it to ontop the tree house... She unpacked and settled in for a long cold night.

Again the night passed and she awoke. That morning she climed down and took a stroll on the country side... Now this is an imortant fact... Even though she was half cat she loved swiming so when she passed a lake/pond she couldn resist she jumped in, clothes and shoes and all she held her breath and was under water for a few minutes.
