Hey did you guys hear about Disney being sued over POTC? Some author claims that in the 80s he wrote a story and some screenplays about a ghost ship named the black pearl and had it copyrighted. If memory serves me, he did, but everyone saw through it then, too. He's just an attention-hog who wants to make a scene about something. I haven't even been keeping up with it, it's so pointless.

Ahhhh just got back from seeing it for the first time!!!  I absolutely LOVED it. It was everything I wanted it to be and so much more. Everybody was so great and it was so cool to see all the old characters again. My man Stellan (aka Bootstrap Bill) was excellent, very gross-looking but awesome!
I can't wait to see it again now  _________________

I thought the locket was the same design as the key to the chest and the music box? There are rumours the Elizabeth is the reincarnation od Jones' love. Or it could be that she reminds him of her, as they actually haven't met yet, so that could happen.

Umm...whoever told you that got several PotC 3 spoilers mixed up and blended together in a very odd fashion. Elizabeth is believed by certain characters in PotC3 to be an incarnation (not reincarnation) of Davy Jones' past lover. However, that gets more into the PotC3 spoilers than anything, so I suggest you head over there and read what I've written there.
Oh, and yes, you're exactly right about the locket.

Where've you got spoilers pirate? I've been looking around, but haven't seen a thing.
I saw DMC again yestereday, and paid more attention to the locket and music box, and am now convinced that they look the same.

OMGOSH!!! I loved it soooo much! I've seen it twice now. And I can't wait til it comes out on DVD!!! I can't wait to watch all the behind the scenes stuff and commentaries and such...yes I'm a geek. When I watch movies like that where I "know" all the actors/actresses I hear their vioces in my head thinking about what they would say about doing this scene or what jokes they would make...DOES ANYONE ELSE DO THIS!?! Or am I just crazy?
