Amber relaxed on the giant sofa, resting her leg, working on her newest book: The art of tending to wounds.
Meanwhile, Keira sat back in the Basement, wrestling with a broken AK47.
"ouch." she whispered as the splintered wood cut into her wrist. "Stupid gun."
She put it down and walked down deeper into the Basement.
"Joey?" she called. "You there?"
"Whut?" muttered a voice. "Whut ya want?"
"Broken AK47, cant do it." answered Keira, chucking it down the manhole, where her friend spent most of his time.
Keira returned to the upper basement, sitting herself down and grabbing one of her dented battleworn 9mm Uzi's.
She flicked the catch and sat up, facing the shooting range targets.
"Right." she murmered. "Can i beat my score?"

Claire turned her face towards Erik and smiled, Erik returning her grin. Two hours later, they had reached their French base. Two columns of Silent Sentinels lined up, leaving a thin narrow space for them to pass. "They really know how to welcome people, don't they," Claire commented. The four assassins desceneded from the plane and walked towards the main rooms.

Erik turned to Ydal as they walked and said, "We're not Leaders. Not to boast, but I think we are among the best of Death Bringers." They entered the royal chamber where the captain of the French base was in. The captain had his back towards them, facing the window, when they entered. He turned towards them and exclaimed, "Ah, Erik, Claire. What an honor it is to have you among us. Janus has told me everything about your mission, well at least everything he wanted me to know. I presume you will be eager to go along your mission so I will lead you to our armories where weapons and equipment will await you." He walked towards them and gesturing his hand, led them out and into the armory.

Keira emptied the magazine into the target, firing ruthlessly.
Finaly she heard the clicking noise, telling her the mag was empty, She pressed a switch and the empty mag dropped the the floor, the clang ekoed (sp?) around the room.
Keira sighed.
