What about fav horse breeds? I love the Arabian, Quater Horse, and Mustang though there are some others, but these are my main 3!
The Arabian because of how they hold their heads and tail. To me, they are a very proud breed and you can do so much with them!
The Quater Horse because they are a good cattle horse and I would like to do some cattle sports on them such as cutting, which is going into a herd of cattle and keeping it sundered from the herd for a period of time. Some people say its like riding a rollercoaster...
And the Mustang becasue they are their own person and can come and go as they please, though the BML is trying to limit the them by selling them and most of them go to the slaughter house!

[font=Arial, sans-serif]Is there room for one more in here? Well I have loved horses for forever and I have always wanted one. I used to ride when I wasw like 5 but now I don't anymore. I have tried to talk my parents into letting me get one and so far it is working but I have to fix uo some property to put it on.
I love Quarter horses especially Palominos and Dunns and I also like Paints. But all breeds of horses are pretty. Oh and if anyone wants to make me a banner with some horses on it I would love it!

Welcome Aragornlover!
My favorite would deffinately have to be the Andalusian. They are just so beutiful and graceful. I've never met one in real life but I'd like to.
I also love Paints, Lusitanos, Palominos, and also Morgans. The old horse I used to ride was a Morgan, he was so sweet.

For awhile I had a quarter horse, though she wasn't mine, she was from the local university and they have a summer horse adoption program. WE had her for 2 weeks then we had to take her back because my fam and I knew absolutly nothing about horses, though my aunt did and she came over to help us, but it wasn't very much, plus she threw my dad and he ended up breaking some ribs.

Awww! I love horses! I'd love to join the club! I've been taking lessons for about 4 years and right now I'm riding a pretty black and white pinto named billy. I wish I had my own horse, though. I love pintos, quarter horses, and Andualusians (sp?), but my favorite breed is the Thoroughbred. hehe. That's probably due to the amount of horse racing that I watch. Whenever I tell my friend I can't wait for a certain day to come, their first guess is that it's a horse race. hehe, boy do I have them trained. Not many people at my school are interested in horses and for awhile alot of people thought that smarty jones was my new (human) friend. *laughs* It took them awhile to figure it out.
Two years ago I was finally able to go to a track and witness a horse race for myself. I went to arlington park in Chicago and had alot of fun, my parents though I was weird (I'm one of the few teenagers who's life long goal is to attend the Kentucky Derby), that is until they started making money off betting, due to my advice. hehe, I think I might have a career in that...
For awhile I was leading an anti-horse slaughter movement at my school. when I found out that a slaughter house in Illinois, which previously slaughtered horses before it was burned down, was trying to reopen I decided to take action by passing out flyers, collecting donations, and writing to the state representatives to pass a law to outlaw horse slaughter in Wisconsin. Yeah, I guess that shows you have passionate I am about horses.
