Cat stood up as the bopys parents arrived, and quickly explained what happend. Collecting her things and her envolope, the young girl headed cheerfully out, dialing her handy again.

Angie answered the phone seeing it who it was. "Hi Cat." she said, not to enthusiatcly.

"Hi! You'll never guess what, I got my letter from-" catching her friends dejected tone, she caught herself "WHats up? Have I missed out on anything?"
She took a few steps towards the jet black motorbike that sat in the parking space.

Angie sat down. "Keira is sick, Cat, she's home now, but it's a virus. No one knows what it is. She's already. . ." Angie stopped for a moment, trying not to cry. "she's already had two attacks, one before and on the wayto the hospital and one there. God, Cat, her heart stopped, they had to zap her to bring her back." Then she just cried, she sobbed over and over. "I don't want to lose her, Cat."

After a heavy amount of swearing Cat replied that she would be on her way immideately, and put the phone down, reving the engiens and tearing back into town.

Keira pulled on her Pjama's and climbed into bed. She pulled the pillow close to her and relaxed, Jangles (the cat) jumped up next to her and rested against her neck.

Keira looked down at her watch, she should be resting now.
Jangles jumped up and moved to the bottom of the bed, Keira smiled and rested her head on the pillow, closed her eyes.
But something wasnt right, there was something on her lips, a sort of liquid. She raised a hand to her mouth, then took it away. Sticky red.

Angie went in the room to check Keira. Only to find her looking at her hand. "Kiera?" She asked, the girl looked at her and opened her mouth to speak, but instead the convulsions started agin, getting worse each second.

Keira stared at Angie, trying to warn her it was happening again, but by her sisters looks, she guessed she had already found out.
Blood dripped down onto her white sheets.

Angie quickly went to Keira, the girls convulsions was worse then she had ever seen, she was gasping and choking all at the same time. she tried to hold her down, but Keira resisted, her eyes widened, and scared.

Her eyes shot back and forth, darting across the room. Keira did'nt understand, there was no pain, yet fear and the scent of death gripped her and refused to let go.
She tried to scream, but all that came was a low gurgling sound. Keira screwed up her face, trying to resist.

Angie held her sisters hand, the convulsions were taking a toll on Keira. the girl's choking was all she could hear, she wasn't even gasping any more. Keira's hand gripped hers, but as it tightened. She noticed her sisters lips again turning purple, as her eyes rolled back, but the gripp didnot loosen, nor did the convulsions get better.

Keira felt so alone all of a sudden, was something out to get her? What was hapening?

Angie grabbed the phone and called the doctor, telling her to come over. Then she procedded to give Keira Mouth to mouth as the convulsions continued, finally the girl breathed, but the convulsions did not stop.
