Oh, I change my sig from time to time...It's just usually several months in between. I think the last time I changed my sig was in May. My avatar, however, has not changed since I joined A-U a year-and-a-half ago . I'm just one of those weird people who hates to change their identity, I guess. My username is my identity (has been for three years now all over the web), and my graphics are my identity. I just don't like changing either one up a whole bunch.
(Though you're not the first one to be shocked by my mentioning the concept of changing...Methinks I should be getting my very own custom member award: the Treebeard Award for being the most steadfast and unchanging )

Yep. Well I also tweaked the darkness, and used the burn tool to make it a bit more realistic.

I got PS CS2 in March 06, use it all the time... got version 7 as well, just for the sake of making brushes.

Layer>New layer
Take a soft, round brush (foreground color grey, white, black or somethign like that) and on the new layer brush the parts youd like colored
Then change the layers mode to whatever suits you best. =)
(or just select the eyes, and desaturate. They´ll become grayer ^^)

Hm..well..here's my way. Select the eyes (using either the polygomial lasso tool or magnetic lasso tool, and go to Image>>Adjustments>>Hue/Saturation or click Ctrl+U
Adjust the color (hue), saturtaion and brightness/darkness until you get what you want.
(Also make sure you click the colorize box.)

I use a tutorial (pathetic, I know )
http://www.themagic-box.net/ps_tutorial07.php
I've never gotten the hang of making my people's eyes look as good as the ones in the tutorial, but maybe you guys can manage it
