Yup, 'tis quite an emotional scene. It really shows that Eowyn loves Aragorn, but that Aragorn can not return that love.

it was said in the EE of the two towers. they were in helms deep. if anyone remembers in the theatrical, the scene (i think its kinda short) where aragorn legolas and gimli are kind of walking against the crowed. that line was put in there.
it starts with eowyn calling to aragorn....here:
Éowyn: (v.o.)My lord! Aragorn!
(Éowyn approaches Aragorn)
Éowyn: I’m to be sent with the women into the caves.
Aragorn: That is an honorable charge. .....( and they talk)
then.......
Éowyn: Let me stand at your side.
Aragorn: It is not in my power to command it.
Éowyn: You do not command the others to stay! They fight beside you because they would not be parted from you. Because they love you. I’m sorry.

I like it in the book too, only it's in TRotK and she's talking about him going to Dunharrow. That's one of my favorite bits in the book.

That one has always been one of my least fave scenes. all the slushy eowyn/ aragorn stuff really gets on my nerves, seriously gal, he's taken!
