Orlando walked in dragging his feat a little in ALex wake. The house was cleaner than it had been when he lived there.
" Hi Eve" orlando said as he jumped up on the counter and opened a coke.
" i thought you came to get your stuff" Alex said coldly as she wased the last of the dishes.
" i might have, But i thought I might apologize too. I was being a pig . A headstrong pig about such a stupid thing . I want you to know that I still want to be together, like a couple...what do you say?" Orlando swept back his long curly hair with a finger.

" Right now Iam mad at you Orlando!" Alex said throughing down her rag.
orlando gave her a blank stare
" Why?" He asked

' She left over an hour ago' he thought

Eve watched, she was half expecting this and decided that she prehaps wasn't needed in the middle of a domestic.

" ok bye Eve. Here Take your Soda." She handed her her half empty drinAnd looked at Orlando
" Why you ask! Why? oh maybe beacuse I don't want to be a parent just yet!" Alex yelled at the top of her lungs

orlando's face did a drop
" What!" He yelled right back at her.
Alex out her hands to her head
" Orlando i'm pregnant." she said in an overwhelmed voice,

" Thats waht i ... How....Ok" He finally just fell over and laid down on the counter.
" What are we going to do lando" Alex Lay down next to him, It was a reltivly larg island.
" i...i don't know hun.i guess we just have to deal with it ,but we can do it together. He gripped her hand.

Eve let herself out of the house, sighed deeply and rung David for him to pick her up.

They sat in the lounge about an hour later, Eve curled up next to an attentive David who was all too happy to listen. He stroked her hair as she told him everything that had happened with Alex and Orlando. When she finished she looked up at him,
"Sorry to be boring, I just hate to see my friends upset."
David smiled, "It's ok, you're not boring. It's nice to hear what's gone on with you today."
They were silent for a minute, "We'll be ok, won't we?" Eve asked.
"Ok with what?" David replied.
"The twins. We won't fight or fall out or stop loving each other will we?"
David shook his head, "Never."

Orlando and Alex slept on the couch that night. Orlando was spooned up to Alex his arms wrapped around her. The whole night he comforted her telling her it would be alright .

Alex woke up before him and made brekfst : Grits, omletts, and applebutter on toast.

Julia had had a terrible night, hardly slept at all, and now she felt sick. When she went to the toilet, she felt the urge to vomit.

Before midday she went to hospital sdo she could be sure she had nothing serious.

When Eve woke the following morning David had been up for over an hour. She padded down the soft carpeted stairs and stood in the kitchen doorway.
David smiled, "Morning sleepy."
Eve smiled back and went over to him, arms outstreched. The embraced tightly and David kissed the top of her head. "I've been on the internet."
Eve looked up, "Really? Looking at what?"
"Stuff for the twins."
Eve grinned, "And... What did you find?"
"There's some nice stuff out there. I'll show you later. What would you like for breakfast?" He asked, releasing her.
"Toast with marmite please." Eve replied and seated herself at the wooden table.

Orlando woke up and she had breakfast with him

"So what went on with you and Kate?" Alex asked with a spoonful of Grits in her mouth.
" Oh...It din't work out" Orlando ate a bit of toast .

" oh well so what do you think for names?"
"Uh for that ? Uh Arden if its a girl. Don't know for a boy" He picked up his plate and carried it to the counter
" What about Jason? i like it Lando." Alex came over to him and hugged him
" Please?"

Once Eve had got dressed David showed her the site that he'd been looking at. Everything on the site was so beautiful and she got very excited.
"Ooo, it's all so pretty." Eve said to David, smiling brightly.
David smiled back, "I know and we can have everything maching!"
"No, I'm not having our children dressed the same. If they're identical, which is possible, then they don't need to be dressed the same as well. They're individuals!"
David laughed, "Ok. What about names?"

" I'm gonna go into town and get some grocries ok Lando?"

Alex got in her mustang and drove into a town father away from LA but it was a smaller one that never bothered her or Orlando when she went there .....
