Yes, if they had to kill off Will, I'd rather Elizabeth formed a relationship with Norrington than Jack... In terms of relationship material, I think Norrington's higher on the lst than Jack. I think being in relationship with Jack would be really hard, because he doesn't like to talk about the serious stuff (he likes to 'wave as it passes by') and he'd forever ... on the go. And you'd never really know whether he was joking or not. Then there's his tendancy to consume rum... I love Jack Sparrow as a character, but I definately wouldn't want to live with him!
As for Elizabeth dumping Will - no way! I'll stand for huge misunderstandings and miscommunication, but not her deciding that she doesn't like Will anymore. _________________ <center>i love

Plus, you would never be able to tell if he was faithful to you. I think anyone who married Jack might go insane, don't you think? Especially when they could have had Will?!

It's just wrong. I will KILL Jerry Bruckheimer if Elizabeth goes for Jack, I seriously will. I'll sneak into his house in the dead of night with my Anduril letter-opener.
Personally....if Will loved me like he loves Elizabeth...I'd die of happiness, I wouldn't even notice Jack was there....

i highly doubt that they would stick Jack and Liz together, maybe they'll try the Liz/Norrington thin again but i think the miscommunications between Liz and Will will clear up in number three, paving a clear path for marriage(lets hope)

Yeah, I imagine they will get back together. if not, the movie would really stink.
That's so sad Norrie dies...*sniff* And at the hands of Bootstrap too!
And I don't hate Elizabeth anymore...but it's also been nearly a month since I saw the movie. (I'm scared of seeing it again...hehe.) Hey, I'm all for chaining Jack up to the ship, but couldn't she distract him another way? I totally agree with you about Elizabath. The whole scene was one big squirming moment. I can't imagine Jack kissing anyone let alone Elizabeth. Even when she gets back with Will it will be something that happened between those two...and I don't think I'll be able to forget it.  _________________

MY HEART! how...h-h-h-how....HOW ?!?! how could james die?!?!?!? and at the hands of one of my favorite characters too!!!!!(i heart bootstraps!) i would die from a heart attack....like...when jack died, and i reencarnated when they showed barbosa eating the apple!(honestly that man has some obsession with those apples...) also i am happy because barbosa is re-appearing, he is just so AWESOMELY COOL!!! (please dont think im crazy....wait...scratch that....i am crazy, but still....i have a weird taste in favorite characters) anyways....i am very exited and SHOCKED! james wouldnt die *mutters to herself*

I'm just going to try and forget it happened, and focus on CotBP. Just because some Disney writers decide something should happen to the characters doesn't make it written-in-stone truth...it's a story, and we have as much right to it as they do.

I too like Barboss and the relationships between him, Will, Elizabeth and Jack should be interesting. Apparently Jack makes him First Mate again.

Meh, that would be sad if Norrington died, but I don't care quite so much that he dies as I do that it's Bootstrap that does it. I wonder why...?

*gasps* maybe that's what happens to Norrie...he gets on Barbossa's side, and is threatening Jack. So Bootstrap kills him in self-defense...though I don't see why Bootstrap would want to be on Jack's side, seeing what he did to his son.

Well it is only a rumour about Norrington. I am *hoping* that he will indeed regain his honour and he may even help Beckett rid the world of Pirates using Davey Jones...but I believe that if Beckett is set to use the Krachen for his own personal use..or say he wants to attack Jack & Co...Norrington will realise exactly which side he should be on. I actually think Bootstrap may die saving someone - lets face it are you going to go through life with a star fish on your face? And there's no saying he would would become normal again if he was relased.

no! i mean...barbosa is there to help jack! so it would be that in the end he tries saving jack and will and bootstraps want to kill jack....liz is somewhere in the middle shouting at the men....hmm.....and yeah...it would be quite funny if jack made barbosa first mate...!
