Captain Finch's eyes darted back and forth between the numerous individuals attempting to converse with him. Turning to the first lad, he began quickly addressing each individual. Young Sparrow's eyes shifted for a moment or two until they fell towards the floor, losing the contact they had with Barbossa.

]Kolher's face turned hopeless. He scratched his head that was probably lice infested....his black dreadlocks looked grossly twisted and unkept. He then rubbed his dark skinned hands together and approached the captain humbly....almost like a puppy dog...., "Do you mind if I work 'ere on ye ship?" He then tripped over his own two feet and stumbled backwards bumping into Hector hard.

Barbossa looked down at the young man in annoyance and stepped away.
Rubbing his beard thoughtfully, Captain Finch examined the two lads before him. Not exactly his first choice, but... "Can ye both hold yer own in a fight?" he finally asked. "We ain't runnin' a nursery 'ere; ye'll both be treated as men."

Jack felt Barbossa step away and he flashed him a smart looking smirk.
"What if I say no to this gracious proposal?..." Young Sparrow raised an eyebrow and glanced back to Captain Finch.

Without changing position, Barbossa raised the pistol again, this time next to Jack's head. "Ye won't," he stated simply, giving the impression of already being bored with the conversation.

Kolher looked up strongly at Captain Finch and said boldly, "Hold our own fight? OF COURSE!!! Here!" Kolher then walked closer to Jack and pointed to him. "Have us fight here and now to prove ourselves!" He then pushed up his dark blue sleeves towards his elbows.
