((Yes to the first, and no to the second. We pretty much haven't gotten anywhere because I didn't know you were gone and kept waiting for you to edit the post. Since we've gone so long without in-character posts, though, I suppose we could skip ahead (since that's when all the main plot starts anyway). Everyone up for that? (And let's not spend another 3 days confirming that we're fine with it)))

Okay. That means I can start, right? I haven't gotten the script yet, however.
Gibbs stares out into the open waters. Suddenly, he saw Barbossa on the main deck. Gibbs hated that monkey on his shoulder, but not as much as Barbossa. The evil man with the same eyes as his evil monkey. Gibbs didn't like the idea of sailing under his orders, but he'd do anything to get Jack back.
Gibbs was walking past the cannons to meet Barbossa on the main deck. Apparantely, he felt it was the opportune moment to find out if Barbossa was leading the crew anywhere.
"Captain Barbossa! Are we to continue sailing south?"

Marty overheard Barbossa's words to Gibbs. He knitted his eyebrows together and frowned his bottom lip.
"North now?...what's next...east then west..." he grumbled.

Elizabeth overheard Gibbs talking to Barbossa and then looked down to Marty. She smiled a little to him. "You don't like him either?" She folded her arms slightly and watched him closely.

Elizabeth's eyes glazed over when she heard Jack's name. She swallowed hard and nodded. "I know what you mean." She told him softly and then slowly sat down next to Marty. She sighed deeply and stared straight ahead.
