Lancelot dropped back a few paces to join Gawain and the others talking. "My horse needs rest as well." he said. He had caught the look on Layien's face as she looked at Gawain. He briefly wished that Ella could look at him like that, but quickly pushed the thought away, focusing on the conversation.

Guinevere looked back, smiled a little but was carefull not to show she'd noticed the looks on the faces of Lancelot and Layien.
"You are right... the horses are tired and need water." She turned to Arthur "Is there a nearby river? A place where we can rest safely?"

Raven rode back swiftly, catching sight of Arthur and his knights, and raising her hand in greeting. A few rabbits lay dead in front of her saddle, as she rode up.
"Though you lot might want some meat..." she said smiling slightly, and thrusting the rabbits at Arthur, as if they were contaminated.
"I'll need the arrows back though!" she called out, reffereing to the solitary arrows sticking out of each rabbits body.

"Good job, Raven" he appreciated her efforts after he greeted her by nodding his head down once.
Nodded at Guinevere. "Raven check out the surroundings. Rest will stay here on horseback till Raven comes back."

Layien smiled and rode up to Arthur and asked, "Do you want me to gut those?" She asked, pointing to the rabbits.

Sticking her tongue out in disgust, she playfully punched Layien on the shoulder, then squezzed the flanks of her horse. "One day I wont come back, and then what my friends?"
With a laugh she shot off again, becoming a black streak in the surrounding thicket.

Layien watched Raven and laughed. "Oh course, my friend!" She called after her.

"Raven, what would we do with out you? I'd almost forgotted the sight of food!" Gawain said slapping her on the back. He sat down to warm himself by the fire, looking round at his fellow comrades. He turned to Layien. "Are you alright? Your cheeks are awful red. Do you have a fever?" he asked her.

Layien laughed sleepishly. "Yes, I'm fine. The ride got me a little winded, but I'll be good soon." She said.

Lancelot called, "Thank you for the food!" after Raven as she rode away. He halted his horse near the others.

Ella tried to Catch Lancelots eyes and hint for them to go into the woods to talk.

Lancelot caught Ella's eye and understood what she wanted. He dismounted and said, "I need to stretch my legs, I'll be back in a while." He walked a short distance into the woods and waited for Ella.

Ella watche Lancelot go into the woods and soon followed. Once tey were alone she pulled him into a kiss.

(ewww...lol)

Layien smiled at Gawain before she dismounted her horse and ler him graze nearby.

Lancelot was surprised by the kiss, but he returned it before breaking it off. "What did you need to talk about?" he asked in a low voice, so not to be overheard.

"Ah, thats better, a smile" Gawain said grinning at Layien "Would you like to go for a ride or something? I hear theres the most beautiful waterfall nearby."
