^Well, your welcome to join if you'd like. We'd love to have you with us! :)

I'm not sure how to help you Svana. Your mum could be right, I'm not sure if those are the exact reasons for the girls/guys attitudes toward you and their reactions, but it probably is something along those lines.
Instead of waiting for them to come to you, maybe you should try and make friends with them. Sometime's that works even better! :)

Well, maybe join a few clubs indeed. Those clubs will help you make friends with alot of people. And if people are afraid to confront you, confront them. You need to be strong! Thats what I would do!!!

Alright, seeing as we girls aren't be asked anything, I'll ask you gentlemen another one. :)

Is it true what I've heard about guys not being able to "get hints"? Not that I'm pointing a finger at you, saying that you're all insensitive and unintelligent, but I do believe that girls overall have a knack for this kind of thing.

You try being a guy and attempt decoding the behaviour of the opposite sex. It is impossible. As Telpeath says, some of us have died trying. :P

I'd say it depends slightly. Experience helps alot there because we'd have some knowledge of the 'hints'. I know that I don't have the foggiest about the 'hints' girls give. It is not because we are stupid or anything like that, it's just that we can't read minds, and often don't understand the things you girls do. Girls are pretty much a closed book to me. Wonderful creatures, but soooo confusing  :P

So mostly I'd say that yes, guys probably don't get 'hints'. I know I wouldn't. But you've also got to remember that guys sometimes 'drop hints' too. And do girls always pick up on those?

^ *nods* yeah, there is that as well. We can never be sure if what we think is a hint really is a hint. (if that makes sense) Because we really don't want to make idiots of ourselves because we misinterpreted something, we might not act. Unfortunately pride gets involved, and we don't like getting that injured :(

I agree very much! I remember this one friend who got a "hint" from a girl and asked her out but she wasnt hinting at him, and she already had a boyfriend. It was really funny (Just adding humor into content)

Ok, well...Umm, from my stand point...both genders are actually very simple. Almost every single guy thinks girls are these mysterious creatures of an unknown world. WRONG. We're not that hard to understand, really. Plus, a lot of girls are willing to answer any questions you might have. I know I would. Of course girls are the same way about guys. We don't understand them at all. We just sit back and pretend we know what we're doing, that we understand guys when in reality, we're just about as lost as you. Now, this probably isn't true in some cases, but I know where I live, it's the truth for virtually everyone. :)

I think we're both conplicated. I confuse myself more often than anyone else around me, though they often confuse me as well, both genders included.
I can't stand teenage girls, or teenage guys, though girls annoy me slightly more.

But I would much rather hang around guys most of the time, they're fun o be with and aren't always talking about stupid drama issues, i just hate when realize that they start like me (like in a couple cases last year)it gets wierd at that point......

-nods- yes, I'd rather hang out with guys. I have a lot more friends that are guys then girls. But personally I think it's BECAUSE I don't know much about them. I like the mystery and how they think. I dunno, it's just fun. haha.
