Leah disappeared. A second later she called, "There's no root beer left, but we've got...pretty much everything else..." and reappeared. "You don't get any, Lana, you're hyper as it is."

Lana stared at Leah, normally Lana and Leah were the closest sisters of the group, it just happened that way. Lana thought about it and they were the only two she could never remember fighting, the others would just go like this, 'you have a cause? lets go!' and go after the sister that had wronged one of the others, and if that wasn't the way it happened, it would go like this, 'you don't have a cause? lets go anyway!'

"please?" is all Lana said.

Jake looked at the hyper thirteen year old and said, "Uh, hi. I'm Jake. Minnesota's a cool place. Never been there. And you don't need to bother with the drinks. I'm fine."

After another awkward silence, he added, "Would any of you like me to take you on a tour?"

Leah sighed and tossed Lana a can of Sprite. "Fine." She looked up at Lexi, wondering if they had time for a tour - the house was an absolute shambles.

"Just a short tour," Jake coaxed, opening the door. "The beach is awesome."

"Of course I shall show you around, maybe you will meet my other sisters on the way, or even my twin!" Lexi smiled as she motioned for Jake to enter the house, closing the door behind him.

Lucy just stood there in the hall were they all were. She had been standing there the hole time, grinning. Finnally she just darted into the kitchen and grabbed and orange soda, her messy hair now hanging in her face because she had taken out her pony tail. She dashed up to her room, and brabbed her camcorter. Now was the time to embaress her sisters, one of her favorite pass times.

She came down stairs, camcorter on.
"Moving into yet another house. Lucy here, and heres, it looks like, Leah, Lana, and Lexi! And who's this fellow? Has one of my sister allready got a boyfriend?" Lucy said in a narative voice, eyes to the camcorter screen. She was grinning ear to ear, knowing her sisters had to be emberaced with that...

Lexi laughed, she was a cool-headed girl and didn't get embarrased often, she had to play the mother with 5 other siblings excluding her twin. When Lucy walked past her to zoom in on her sis's faces she ruffled Lucy's errant red hair and turned to Jake.

"This is Lucy, I think she explains herself... Now you wanted to show us the beach?"

Lucy turned off the camera, "a tour of the town, is that what I heard? Ooo is there a stable? I'd like to go, I'm settled in, and ma and pa said I could go explore after I got settled. So I'll go, I gatta record it though! I do that everywere we go, right?" Lucy said, turning back on to get a close up on all the faces in the room...

Leah didn't say anything, but her mouth twisted in a way that meant she was quite annoyed. She deliberately turned away from the camera, feeling self-conscious.

"Sure. And yeah we've got stables... somewhere. I remember I fell off a horse once and got trampled by the thing. Don't think I ever got within a mile of the stables ever again." He walked outside, waiting for the others to follow.

Leah's mouth, formerly annoyed, twitched slightly. She agreed wholeheartedly with his opinion of horses. And though normally she would have gone back to her room, she followed him and tried not to be too artificial.

Noticing Leah first out of the house and looking none too comfortable, Jake tried an easy smile. "You're Leah, right? You'll probably be in my class."

Lucy fallowed happily behind the two. "I've fallen off thrice, and still get on!" the red head said, scanning the surrounding of the house with the camera. She stopped on what looked like a bunch of booshes with a flower blush here and there.
"Found my first project on the house, it's to weed, and on work on that spot to make a flower garden. Pa always said I had a green thumb!" she was more talking to herself, which she did alot, and her sisters knew it...

Leah gave a little half-smile. "Yeah. I'm sixteen." She glanced at him. "It'll be nice to know someone once I start school." The thought almost made her cringe - school had never been very fun for her. "So, um, I guess you're from around here?" she asked tentatively, trying to keep the conversation going.
