Hi, I'm Idril, a long time guest and user of AU but didn't join until now. Anyway I'm glad to meet everyone and think this site is really cool! I'm a strong supporter of Jackson's attempt to get the rights to "The Hobbit" movie, and hope in time we have another Tolkien Age sweep across Hollywood. I can envision it now: More little plastic elves gracing the toy shops, more posters with Gandalf, Elrond, and Gollum in the theaters, more fan sites popping up to contain the waves of Tolkienatics.... ah, it will be great.
My greatest regret is that Eowyn won't be in that one (sigh)
But anyway I'm really glad to be here and may the stars ever shine on your path.
