(^^hey, was that to the orcs yelling where I was or where you guys are?)

Turwaithiel sliced two orcs at once, spinning behind there bodies and slicing another orc. An warg growled loudly as she jumped over an orcs dead body and threw one of her swords into the wargs throat. But, as she grabbed her ankle danger from it's sheath, another warg leaped towards her, but her horse knocked it off balance. She dodged it, but it ended up biting her shoulder and clawing her side. She cried in pain as she fell backwards, throwing her dagger in another orc. She put her sword in the ground, and grabbed her side as the orcs yelled triupmantly. She took out her bow and painfully shot many orcs down, along with two more wrag, leaving only one warg and three orcs left when an orc shot her again, nicking her already bloody and painful side. She fell to her knees beside her sword, and the last thing of light she saw was her horse whinning worriedly before her world went dark.

Elenriel gritted her teeth in sheer rage as she saw a company of the vile creatures charging at their group, their screeching battle cries piercing the silence of the woods. Without hesitation, she quickly reached for her bow and began to shoot her foes from the distance. Her sapphire eyes grew as cold as steel as her arrow hit her mark, sending an orc crumpling to the ground. “You slaughtered my friends in cold blood.’ she whispered coldly to the wind. With that she shot several more of the approaching orcs down, each of her arrows true to their mark. The remainder of the guard quickly flanked her, firing their arrows. She gave them a quick nod and continued to fire her arrows. She then turned to one elven solider. “See to it that the wounded are led to safety. We must find a new location to camp. This part of the woods grows more treacherous by the minute. The rest of us, will hold back the invasion and follow afterwards.” The solider nodded and quickly obeyed the princess’s command. Elenriel watched him depart for a brief second before turning her attention back the battle. She quickly switched her bow for her twin daggers as the company of orcs descended upon them.

Meleth got awkwardly to her feet, her good arm wielding a knife and her eyes glittering. "May Ungoliant devour you, foul servants of Sauron!" she shouted through clenched teeth, before orcs descended and she managed to hold her own for at least the first wave.

Elenriel quickly dodged one orc's blow and sliced through the throat of another. Spinning away from her opponent, she quickly struck to her right, grazing another orc's shoulder. The creature howled in pain and moved to strike her, but she quickly parried the blow, before running it through. From the corner of her eye she saw Meleth battling the creatures. No! she thought to herself as she forced her way to where the elf maiden stood. "My lady, your injuries..." she whispered as kicked another orc in the abdomen before slitting it's throat. "You should not be here." Meleth gave her a hard look then and at last Elenriel understood. No matter how hard she tried, she would not be able to persuade the elf maiden otherwise. Elenriel nodded her acceptance of the maiden's decision. "Take care." she whispered as struck another orc down and she threw herself into the fray once more.

Meleth was, surprisingly, not having much trouble. She had her back firmly to a tree, booted feet planted stubbornly, and her eyes glittered with such rage that it daunted even the orcs. Unavoidably, however, she did begin to falter a little, and it became increasingly obvious that a retreat was needed.
Quick as a flash, Meleth dropped her knife and her hand shot out, grabbing a tree branch above her head. She swung unbelievably high and landed precariously in the tree, where she smiled grimly and situated herself firmly, looking about for something to throw.

Turwaithiel, still uncoisience(sp) but most surprisingly not dead, saw light in her mind and the face she could reconize, but could not make out. The face smiled as leaves blew around her and suddenly she was in Gondor, standing among men who where preparing for battle a few years ago. As she grabbed her bow and ran to the wall, she suddenly changed places again and was with the group she had met earlier than day. They where fighting on ban of orcs in ther campsite and she tried to help them, for the orcs kept seeming to appear for out of nowhere, but he sword went through the orcs like they where mists in clouds and her sword did no damage. Turwaithiel kept having vision like this as she lay on the ground. The orcs figured she was dead and they heard other orc battle cries, and they fled to there brotherens aid. Her horse stood beside her, trying to awake Turwaithiel, but nothing seemed to work.

Elenriel looked up as more orcs tore through the forest, her eyes aflame. Turning quickly to evade one blow, she struck to her left and cut another creature down. Yet there were too many. The blade of one of the creatures cut deeply into her leg and she fell to her knees in pain. The orc smiled down upon the maiden, his eyes burning with desire for the kill. Elenriel gazed up at him, her eyes glittering with rage. “You shall not have the satisfaction of my death, fiend.” she replied through clenched teeth. As the orc screeched in victory, Elenriel blocked his blow and moved into a crouch. Holding her daggers in front of her face she parried the beast’s downward blow as she pushed to her feet. Wincing in pain, she moved to the right and stabbed the orc in the shoulder before slitting it‘s throat. She paused for a brief respite then and surveyed the field of battle, wondering how long their company could hold out. Hearing a screeching cry, she barely had time to block another blow before the second wave of attackers fell upon them.

(no, you can't wait! but here, i'll try to give you guys something to post off of...)

But as the second wave of attackers flew upon the group, an light sound of an birds cry came from the skies above. Then, an huge flock of bright red Pheniox's came flewing from the dark clouds as they cried in unison and came upon the orcs like bullets. There sharp claws pierced the orcs armor, but instead of attacking them directly, they went for there eyes, blinding them so that the group could easily finish them off. Then, as the flew up towards the sky, they cried an piercing cry, causing the group to go back and they formed an circle above the orcs, then burst into flames and flew onto the orcs, killing them instantly. After an few moments and the smoke had arisien, small birds came up from the ashes and they called softly, then stood and started waddling towards the trees and towards Turwaithiel.

(hey raven, aradan had an pheniox feather that might have been the cause of the phenioxs appearance... *hint hint* *wink wink* *nudge nudge* lol I hoped that helped.)
