The castle was now in sight. It's tall sharp icicle points glimmered in the cold moonlight. The frozen bridge over the frozen river was now before her and her sled.
"Over the bridge dwarf and to my castle!" she said loudly.

"Yes m'lady...YAH!" he whipped the backs of the stags, and with a jingle sound of bells that echoed through the snow infested area, the sled went over the bridge.

Once over the frozen bridge, the sled came to a soft stop in front of the castle gate. "Help me out of the sled, dwarf!" Jadis yelled as she stood up in the sled waiting for someone to assist her out.

The dwarf couldn't help but roll his light colored eyes. Why couldn't the Witch just get out herself?
He sighed angerily, and pushed his stocky self out of the sled with a grunt. "M'lady.." he offered his hand to the Queen.

Jadis looked down on the dwarf with disgust and took his small hand in her icy one. Her nose and chin were held high as she finally dismounted with the snow crunching under her feet.
"Place the stags back in their stables, dwarf," she said calmly as she turned to enter the gate.

He patted one on the neck, but it was more of slap for you must remember he was irritated beyond his sanity right now.

As the witch opened the cold iron gate, she then entered her courtyard that was filled with all of her statue creatures that she had jailed and tormented. She glided across the snowy field and gloated as she looked at the statues before her.
Then something struck her senses......someone was approaching her castle....."A son of Adam," she said with an evil grin.

Jadis saw Edmund coming her way but instead of waiting for him, she walked briskly in through her castle doors.
Once she was inside she walked through ice cold hallways all decorated with harsh pointy ice sculptures.
She arrived at her large green tinted frozen throne and sat down smoothly.
