Hmm...I just can't see Tia being Jones' lost love somehow...seems a bit weird to me that she's known Jack all these years...and then "oh by the way I was once the lover of the guy whose after you"..hmm...

I think yer a very logical thinker 
And JF, your theory actually has a major role to play, but perhaps not in the way ye think.
