Ooh, I was right after all! I guess a few other people have been doing it differently, then, because the few others I looked to for reference did both volleys as a round...*shrugs*
Oh well. Glad I didn't mess up after all.

Thank you so much Mrs. Gamgee and Gil! To be honest, when I was making it I wasn't really in a graphic-making mood but I had to do it, cause I'm going to my cottage again today. I didn't really have any inspiration; I'm not particularily happy with how the pictures are laid out or blended. However, the colouring came out rather nicely thanks to textures and fooling around with the blending options.
