Neo ducked and swerved, moving as fast as he could, but hewasnt fast enough. a bullet nicked his shoulder leaving a nasty slash across his collar bone. with a growl he jumped at Smith, planting a firm punch into his gut and sending him threw the open door and into the wall opposite.

"Trin! lets get outta here!" he shouted to her moving towards a window.

Neo lept threw the window with Trinity and across to the roof next door. diving behing a cooler and opening another round at them he got up and ran as fast as he could, leaping onto other buildings, getting closer to the ground.

as he landed and paused for a moment he flipped open a phone and dialed a number.

"Operator" said a voice on the other line

"Tank! get us out of here!" Neo shouted starting to run again.

"uhhh... ok got it, go to the hotel on the right about a block ahead, room 371." Link replied. Neo closed the phone. relaying the message to Trinity he ran faster down the street.

Brown had come to a dead end and quickly possessed a civilian somewhere along neos path pulling out his gun and firing

Agent Smith put a hand to his ear, listening...and traced Neo and Trinity to their destination. He disappears and reappears close to them..waiting, gun in hand, to finish off that wound he had started in Neo...

Thompson bolted after Trinity with his Smith & Wesson 500 in hand. As soon as she was in sight, he emptied his chamber at her.

Agent Smith sees Neo and Trinity approach and appears in front of them suddenly, out of the shadows and points his gun a Neo's heart and fires. Then 50 more Smiths appear and surround Neo and Trinity, all firing at once.

Neo held out his hand. all buletts stopped in mid air. falling to the ground with light tinkling, he grabbed Trinity and flew into the air before either agent could react. landing in a deserted room with a rining phone he handed it to Trinity who disapeared. the phone rang again and he reached for it.

Thompson appeared around the corner and emptied a round from his Smith & Wesson 500 into the phone.

One of the Smiths takes aim and fires at the phone cord. It goes dead.
The Smiths slowly approach, swords raised, and attack as one.
"So you can stop a bullet...try and stop this, Mr. Anderson..."
Agent Smith stands back and watches in amusement.

I'm taking over from agent brown, his name got deactivated for reasons unkown to me.
Agent Brown had lost track of them and traced them, possessing a startled policeman and breaking down the door. He fired on Neo quickly.

Neo swore loudly and jumped onto the wall, but not fast enough. a bullett grazed his already bloody sholder and he cried out. throwing caution to the wind he flew towards Agent Smith, knocking him over and continuing out of the room.

As Agent Smith fell he shot at Neo. Another Smith came in front of Neo, stopping him from his flight and stabbs Neo in the chest with his sabre. The blood spurts out, reflecting on Smith's sunglasses. Agent Smith gets to his feet and points the gun at Neo's head, who is now on the floor. He fires and Neo collapses.

Neo feels blood seeping out of him. a cough sends more splattering onto the floor. he shakes, but refuses to fall compleatly. his fingers grip into fist as he struggles to stay focused, then suddenly his body collapses, his eyes are left wide blank and staring. back in his real body, Neo feels a needle being pulled out of his head and he sat up.

"How did i do that?" he asked softly "How did i get out without a connection?" his hands went to his chest, where he found he was still bleeding.

"No time to worry about that now Neo, you need to go get bandaged up." Neo nodded still perplexed about how he had survived.

Agent Brown suddenly asks"what happened to the targets....?"

Neo took the treatment then went to bed. it was hard for him to believe what happened. either way, i will kill Brown and Smith he thought, drifting into an uneasy sleep.
